Patriotic Puck Return & Refund Policy

At Patriotic Puck, every item is made to order through our print‑on‑demand production partners. Because each product is custom‑created specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or any other non‑defect reasons.

However, we absolutely want you to receive a product you love. If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue, we will gladly replace it at no cost.

Eligible Issues for Replacement

We offer replacements only in the following situations:

  • Misprint (incorrect design, placement, or colors)
  • Damaged item upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With all original tags and labels attached

How to Request a Replacement

If you believe your item qualifies for a replacement, please contact us at support@patrioticpuck.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  1. Order number
  2. A clear photo of the issue (misprint, damage, or incorrect item)
  3. Photo of the packaging and tags

Once verified, we will submit the claim to our production partner and process your replacement as quickly as possible.

Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items

Because all products are custom‑printed, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of fit or style
  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences
  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect address

Order Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. For this reason, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@patrioticpuck.com and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out. We will work with our production partner to investigate and determine the appropriate next steps.
